The parts for the vertical grout mixer are ready.<\/p>\n

I have both the original and the newly created version here.<\/p>\n

It's brand new, so it looks nice compared to the old one, lol.<\/p>\n

This is the outermost part at the very top, isn't it?<\/p>\n
This mechanism involves welding it in place so that it rotates with the core material, thereby moving the blades.<\/p>\n

This is the keyway on the main shaft.<\/p>\n
Several bearings are installed here, and the gears fit into them.<\/p>\n
Next, install the gearbox.<\/p>\n

It would probably cost quite a bit if you bought it new.<\/p>\n
However, being able to produce it in-house would really cut costs, wouldn't it?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It\u2019s about time\u2014or rather, I\u2019ve been doing a little bit here and there\u2014but I\u2019d like to start taking on small machinery maintenance jobs as well.<\/p>\n
For now, the yard is still pretty small, so I can\u2019t do anything on a large scale, but in the future, I\u2019d love to be able to use reverse engineering to make parts for small items or tools that are no longer available.<\/p>\n
And I\u2019d be happy if our customers were pleased and we received payment in return.<\/p>\n

I have a feeling that machinery maintenance in the slope construction industry will really take off from here on out.<\/p>\n
If I ever get too old to work as a slope engineer, I can still work until I die by doing machine maintenance and repairs\u2014and it looks like I\u2019ll be able to keep growing professionally right up until the very end!<\/p>\n
I want to keep growing until the day I die!! LOL (Well, I guess some people might not like that, though. lol)<\/p>\n
It's pretty cool that a former slope maintenance worker is setting up a spray machine, isn't it?<\/p>\n
You know how there are times when you think, \u201cIt would be really great if a spray machine had a feature like this,\u201d right?<\/p>\n
It's really fun to be able to create that, isn't it?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
You might be thinking, \u201cCan you really do that at my age?!\u201d but it\u2019s actually quite possible.<\/p>\n
I say that because there's a lot of chiseling involved in maintaining slope-related machinery, lol.<\/p>\n
