The other day, we received a photo like this from our construction site!<\/p>\n

I'm drilling a hole through a piece of wood lol<\/p>\n
It's a lot of work, isn't it\u2014from setting up the machine to drilling the holes and everything in between?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I'm sure you've all experienced something like this at your workplaces.<\/p>\n
In situations like this, there are those who just get to work silently, those who grumble as they work, and those who do nothing but complain and end up refusing to do it.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As a director, I absolutely love people who just get to work quietly, or who might grumble a bit but still get the job done!<\/p>\n
As long as the construction areas and locations are specified on the drawings, they are, in principle, absolute.<\/p>\n
If there are no structural issues and it\u2019s easy to explain to the local government\u2014or if it\u2019s not a big deal\u2014you can adjust the location. But if it\u2019s unavoidable, and considering that you wouldn\u2019t be able to work for a week while waiting for approval, it\u2019s better to push through with the construction even if it\u2019s a bit of a stretch.<\/p>\n
If the government agency insists on being the general contractor, then that\u2019s basically a done deal\u2014there\u2019s nothing we can do about it.<\/p>\n
If an issue is open to discussion, we\u2019ll consider that option, but in reality, it\u2019s often faster just to go ahead and do it.<\/p>\n
It's better to get the work done before there's any fuss.<\/p>\n

And then there are some people who just grumble and refuse to do the work\u2014those folks are completely out of the question, lol. (Are you thinking, \u201cThey should just go home\u201d? lol)<\/p>\n
Professionals must never forget to be resourceful.<\/p>\n
Anyone who can't think creatively isn't a professional.<\/p>\n
How can this be done? If you can draw on your past experience and knowledge to view challenges as ordinary, you\u2019ll be able to quietly and steadily overcome them.<\/p>\n
Experience is a treasure trove of ingenuity! (If you have experience, you can be as creative as you want.)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
And don't run away.<\/p>\n
This also reflects one\u2019s outlook on life: running away when faced with difficulties, running away when in trouble, and running away when things don\u2019t go your way.<\/p>\n
I think this is something you absolutely must never do at work. (Getting in trouble)<\/p>\n
Once you run away, it becomes a habit.<\/p>\n
If you stand your ground instead of running away, it will become a valuable experience. This is when it becomes a part of who you are.<\/p>\n
The only way to grow beyond where I am now is to keep pushing forward.<\/p>\n

That said, claiming you can do construction work you\u2019re actually incapable of doing and causing trouble for others isn\u2019t exactly \u201ccharging ahead,\u201d lol.<\/p>\n

I like site supervisors who don't run away and craftsmen who will absolutely find a way to get the job done, so in the end, I end up relying on them.<\/p>\n
That's what a good relationship between a director and a craftsman looks like.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s keep pushing forward in both life and construction, always finding creative ways to do things!<\/p>\n
