Safety<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 150%;\"><strong>2. Price<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 150%;\"><strong>3. Workability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. First and foremost, we aim to create a design that is absolutely indestructible.<\/p>\n<p>While there are no absolute guarantees, we do charge a considerable amount of money for work on private residences.<\/p>\n<p>If that were my own home, I would definitely not want it to collapse.<\/p>\n<p>That's why I put a lot of thought into the design.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. As long as you are an individual, money is extremely important. (The same is true for the public sector, but the context is different.)<\/p>\n<p>We need to strike the right balance between safety and price.<\/p>\n<p>We are working to develop a design that is as cost-effective as possible while ensuring safety.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Construction work will inevitably cause noise that disrupts the daily lives of the local community.<\/p>\n<p>It is designed to ensure that construction can be completed as quickly as possible while keeping the impact to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p>We are also exploring construction methods that minimize errors and deliver significant results with simple installation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Precisely because we\u2019re spending a lot of money to have the work done,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Absolutely safe, as affordable as possible, and reliable construction<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I would like to deliver it.<\/p>\n<p>We also use materials that are typically used in public works projects whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, since prefectural and municipal grants and subsidies are being provided, materials that government offices are already familiar with tend to be evaluated more favorably.<\/p>\n<p>After construction is complete, we will provide the client with mill sheets and other documentation for the materials used, as well as the same construction management documents required for public projects. (It\u2019s not much different for public projects, but there\u2019s a bit more of a service aspect to it, lol.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m truly grateful to be entrusted with private-sector construction projects, and I think it\u2019s a sign that people trust us.<\/p>\n<p>I hope to do my part to help prevent as many privately owned slopes, cliffs, and stone walls as possible from collapsing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One thing to watch out for is that there are some local construction companies (in the building industry) that think spray-applied mortar is the solution to every problem.<\/p>\n<p>Sprayed mortar cannot prevent collapse.
