Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I've been working inside a tunnel lately lol

It's nice that it's not raining, but the wind from the car is cold...

I'm planning to finish it by the end of the year! I'm doing my best lol

But that's beside the point.

I’m sure some of you have been seeing so many posts about machine maintenance lately that you’re thinking, “Enough with the machine maintenance already!” lol

So, let's talk about organizing documents...

You know, there's this place called Green Site, right?

We sometimes take on jobs from major companies, so we signed up and do data entry.

If you're registered here, the general contractor you're registered with will send you an email saying, "We need some documents from you."

Then, I'll create the documents by clicking through them as needed for that specific situation.

It’s actually pretty easy, especially since we use a standardized form for the worker roster and such. (Zenken Form)

You'd think major general contractors would want to cut down on paperwork, but it just keeps piling up lol.

I'm totally out of step with the times and facing adversity lol

There are just too many proprietary documents, which makes it really tough even for a subcontractor.

!["Getting]("https://norimen.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/1145c5f9f4ab3fa228ed7d4e7c28f879.jpg")

In the case of subcontracting, it's very simple because you can get the job done just by submitting the safety documents.

However, recently they have started requesting specific CCUS (Career Advancement System) documents to be included in this safety file.

Also, a "Social Insurance Enrollment Status Report"... Seriously, are there actually people working on public works projects these days who aren't enrolled? (I guess there might be some individuals who aren't, though.)

When I work on a slightly larger project, it’s nothing but paperwork—it really gets on my nerves lol.

As if there weren't enough paperwork already...

I used to really love putting together documents.

Since I'm naturally a perfectionist, I used to write macros in Excel to streamline my paperwork.

We used diagrams and animations to make things easier for government agencies to understand.

That’s exactly why I find myself wondering, “Is there really a need for things like these lists? Or sub-subcontractors? Do we really need that kind of individuality?”

In that case, simply using the same format (the All-Japan Construction Association Standard Form) is perfectly sufficient.

That way, government offices will be easy to spot at a glance.

Isn't the completion documentation what sets it apart?

When they review safety documents during the post-construction inspection, aren't they just looking at things like KY reports and machinery inspection logs? lol

So, as long as you do it properly, it's kind of okay?

Why get hung up on paperwork that would go through smoothly if it weren't for the accident?

Well, they say "God is in the details," but I just think, "That's not the point!"

!["Details"]("https://norimen.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/122-3.jpg")

People often say that work is like multiplication.

Safety is a very important aspect, so it is something that absolutely cannot be neglected.

As long as you follow the rules properly, this is an area where there won’t be any problems as long as no accidents occur.

Those records are accompanied by documents such as inspection logs and KY reports, but it’s fine to use a common template for them.

I'm just doing what's expected—as a matter of course. The common ground is enough.

So, while safety is something that requires the utmost attention, in terms of work efficiency, a factor of 1 is sufficient.

If it's 0 (zero), that means I haven't done it, lol.

I've been rambling on and on, but I guess this is just me venting, lol.

If the worker roster were in the Zenken standard format, I could email it in an instant, but with a custom roster, I have to copy and paste or type each line one by one.

It really gets me down when I think about how long I'm going to have to keep doing this stupid work.

Well, I'll just keep copying and pasting the worker roster today while dreaming of a time when this kind of thing will be a thing of the past, lol.

See you later.
