Things have been really busy lately, haven't they?<\/p>\n

Since it\u2019s the end of the year, leading up to the New Year holidays, things feel especially busy.<\/p>\n
Well, it does depend on the time of year, but in times like these, it\u2019s especially important to stay calm.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When things get busy, it becomes hard to stay calm.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s frustrating when you\u2019re in the middle of doing something, trying to juggle this and that, and then something else piles on top of it all!<\/p>\n
I get seriously annoyed too when my plans get thrown off track. (Though I don't usually show it, lol.)<\/p>\n
It's just ridiculous to get a PDF where the scan is all crooked after asking someone to scan it for you, lol.<\/p>\n

Even when we know the cause of our frustration, we often find it difficult to eliminate it or resolve the issue.<\/p>\n
Even little things that wouldn't normally bother me are getting on my nerves.<\/p>\n

However, the reason I\u2019m getting frustrated is that this situation doesn\u2019t work out the way I want it to\u2014so, in the end, I\u2019m just directing my anger at others because I\u2019m angry at myself for not being able to make things work.<\/p>\n
When you really think about it, it\u2019s strange to get annoyed when you impose your own convenience on others.<\/p>\n
Besides, you can't change other people.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s often said, but the point is that if you change, everything will be fine.<\/p>\n

I just need to change the part of myself that gets irritated.<\/p>\n

Lately, whenever I start getting frustrated with paperwork, I head over to the warehouse to help with machine maintenance.<\/p>\n
I guess that's what they call a change of pace, lol.<\/p>\n

I personally believe that adults, in particular, shouldn't get angry.<\/p>\n
We are in the position of teachers.<\/p>\n
Getting angry is the same as saying you don't accept something.<\/p>\n
That won't work.<\/p>\n
No matter what happens, let's grit our teeth and handle it!<\/p>\n
Especially since December is a time when accidents tend to increase, let\u2019s stay calm and avoid getting frustrated!<\/p>\n
