The other day, I attended a skills training course.<\/p>\n

Since the job site I'm starting at next week absolutely requires a certification in working at heights, I decided to get it, but...<\/p>\n
Come to think of it, it's actually less than 10 meters, isn't it? lol<\/p>\n
I feel like the special education program was more than enough...<\/p>\n

Anyway, putting that aside, I\u2019ve come to realize that I\u2019m actually afraid of heights!<\/p>\n
It's super scary when you're up 10 meters or higher!!!<\/p>\n
The slope has safety rails and is elevated. Even if an earthquake occurs, we\u2019ll be fine for the time being.<\/p>\n
But even though you\u2019re supposed to wear a safety harness on an aerial work platform, the bucket itself has a safety harness attached\u2014so if you slip and fall, does it even matter??<\/p>\n
That's what I think, lol<\/p>\n
To begin with, you generally can\u2019t perform work that extends beyond the operating radius of an aerial work platform, but even so, if something were to go wrong, the bucket would end up falling along with the operator...<\/p>\n
Plus, it actually shakes quite a bit, lol.<\/p>\n

I did get my certification, but I\u2019m too scared to work at heights of 10 meters or more on an aerial work platform, so I don\u2019t want to do it lol<\/p>\n
This time, I had no choice but to do it because the general contractor asked me to...<\/p>\n
Having a qualification isn't a bad thing, but sometimes it can backfire, right? lol<\/p>\n
Let's keep earning certifications one after another!<\/p>\n
