I was finally able to replace most of the hanging hardware recently.<\/p>\n

These hanging hooks are pretty flimsy, aren't they?<\/p>\n
I'm not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, but if the retaining clip comes loose on-site, the product must not be used.<\/p>\n

Since this retaining mechanism is a lever block, it\u2019s a bit bulky, so it doesn\u2019t usually end up like this, but there are times when it breaks for one reason or another.<\/p>\n
If you just replace this retaining clip, you can use it again as good as new, but sometimes the hook is actually wider than you'd expect.<\/p>\n

About 90% of it is this, isn't it?<\/p>\n

I hang it from two points and use it with a loop attached.<\/p>\n
Since the 4-point version is hard to use, I recommend the 2-point version.<\/p>\n

The great thing about this Martech swivel hook is that it has a locking mechanism, so it\u2019s virtually guaranteed not to come loose while it\u2019s suspended.<\/p>\n
Even if it were to be buffeted by strong winds (hoisting operations are not permitted in strong winds), I don't think it would come loose.<\/p>\n
I think this is such a great product that I can\u2019t help but think, \u201cThe person who came up with this is a true genius!\u201d<\/p>\n
It's also sold on Amazon, but it costs around 6,000 yen at Zojirushi.<\/p>\n
Without the swivel, it's about 3,000 yen.<\/p>\n
It is 1.5 to 2 times higher than a standard hook.<\/p>\n
At Martech, the list price is around 12,000 yen lol<\/p>\n

You're probably thinking, \"I can't spend that much money on a hook,\" lol.<\/p>\n
That's actually true, but based on my experience, I think they end up being more cost-effective because they last longer and are less likely to break than regular hooks.<\/p>\n
