I've been servicing the drilling machine for the past few days.<\/p>\n
The area around the drill\u2019s chuck was caked with cement slurry, and there was an oil leak from part of the cylinder, so I disassembled it.<\/p>\n
I'll walk you through the disassembly process, including important precautions to keep in mind while disassembling.<\/p>\n

However, since we\u2019re training technical interns, if they can perform all these tasks when they return to their home countries, they\u2019ll be able to maintain heavy equipment even if they can\u2019t do spray-on work on slopes, right?<\/p>\n
Even if you know about it but have never tried it, it\u2019s better to have at least one experience with it.<\/p>\n
There are plenty of things you can do just because you sort of know how.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve invited them here so they can work with us, learn the same skills, and then take those skills back to their home countries to contribute to their nations\u2019 development.<\/p>\n
At the same time, it is also a way to address the labor shortage in Japan\u2019s construction industry.<\/p>\n
We certainly didn\u2019t bring them here to do menial tasks or jobs that Japanese people don\u2019t want to do.<\/p>\n

From a Japanese perspective,Cheap labor<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Many people see it that way, but those who consider it cheap are likely the ones who aren\u2019t paying wages in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n If you pay them exactly as stipulated in the contract and compensate them for overtime, they\u2019re exactly the same as Japanese employees.<\/p>\n People who think they're no different from Japanese people are the ones who are thoroughly training them and viewing them as valuable assets.<\/p>\n And they're really good at their jobs!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Despite this, they end up being hired by unscrupulous Japanese employers, which leads them to flee, resulting in an increase in crime in Japan.<\/p>\n In light of recent crimes committed by Vietnamese nationals, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other relevant agencies have tightened their on-site enforcement.<\/p>\n It seems like we're starting to have to submit all sorts of unnecessary paperwork.<\/p>\n We were also asked to submit additional documents.<\/p>\n It\u2019s really a hassle because it just adds to the paperwork, which is already a pain.<\/p>\n I believe this situation has come about simply because they were hired by unscrupulous Japanese employers, and I don\u2019t think the Vietnamese are at fault in any way.<\/p>\n Sure, there are probably some Vietnamese people with such malicious intentions, but it\u2019s clear that the Japanese were the ones who started it, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n Everyone, let's teach Vietnamese people more skills so they can become full-time workers!<\/p>\n I believe this will open up new paths for Japanese artisans and create new job opportunities.<\/p>\n Let's make sure we can clearly demonstrate our skills as craftsmen and our experience through concrete numbers!<\/p>\n When you explain things clearly and politely to both Vietnamese and Japanese people, they\u2019ll work hard to respond accordingly.<\/p>\n You should wait until they've grown up a bit before teaching them in vague terms based on feelings or intuition.<\/p>\n Teaching them step-by-step from the start will save time.<\/p>\n Create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable asking questions when they don't understand something.<\/p>\n These days\"Watch and learn.\"<\/strong><\/span>That's just ridiculous.
