You end up drenched in sweat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It's been getting a little colder lately.<\/p>\n<p>So when I sweat, I actually get really cold.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like it's about time to start preparing for winter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In particular, what measures are female supervisors and craftspeople taking?<\/p>\n<p>I hope my tips for staying warm are helpful. (There are various ways to say it.)<\/p>\n<p>The most important factors are moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties.<\/p>\n<p>Whether they're directors or craftsmen, they still have to work on set even when it's cold, right?<\/p>\n<p>You're going to break a sweat, aren't you?<\/p>\n<p>In situations like that, if your clothes don\u2019t absorb the sweat and keep you dry, you might catch a gear<\/p>\n<p>Winter hiking gear is the best.<\/p>\n<p>It's warm and has excellent moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties.<\/p>\n<p>Especially when it comes to legwear, it\u2019s worth buying high-quality items even if they\u2019re a little pricey.<\/p>\n<p>I'm a big fan of a product called Outlast by Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>It costs about 7,000 yen, but I've been using it for about 10 years now lol<\/p>\n<p>It's 700 yen for one winter, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Next is the upper body\u2014I\u2019d definitely recommend wearing hiking-specific base layers.<\/p>\n<p>However, the most important thing is<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lightweight Down Vest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it!<\/p>\n<p>This year, Workman released heated down vests and other items!<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Workman Heated Vest\" href=\"https:\/\/workman.jp\/shop\/g\/g2300036933166\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Workman Heated Vest<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The one with the heater is absolutely the best, but if it doesn't have one, it's just a regular lightweight down vest!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don't go for anything too cheap, lol.<\/p>\n<p>If you go too cheap, the down gets all clumped up and doesn't keep you warm lol<\/p>\n<p>If possible, it would be best to go with a reputable mountaineering brand.<\/p>\n<p>Don't end up losing money by buying cheap things.<\/p>\n<p>I think it cost around 9,000 yen, but I always wear my Montbell down vest during the winter.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a world of difference between having this and not having it.<\/p>\n<p>I've been wearing this vest for over 10 years now (I'm really good at taking care of my stuff, lol).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Especially during the cold winter months, that chill creeping up your back is really tough to handle!<\/p>\n<p>Keeping your back warm can significantly reduce the cold.<\/p>\n<p>Also, if possible, I recommend a length that reaches the waist.<\/p>\n<p>The lower back is also very important.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make sure not to let your back and lower back get cold!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And finally, when it comes to outerwear that you wear over everything else, there\u2019s one that\u2019s absolutely the best!<\/p>\n<p>However, this is based on the assumption that you\u2019re already fully equipped with the innerwear I mentioned earlier, but,<\/p>\n<p>That's a kappa!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" really does keep the cold wind out!<\/p>\n<p>This is important.<\/p>\n<p>As long as you're nice and warm inside, a raincoat is all you need outside!<\/p>\n<p>This might not be very cute for a female director, but if you search for \"rainwear\" or something like that online, you'll find some pretty nice stuff lol<\/p>\n<p>Rather than a winter coat with fluffy faux fur around the neck,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Neck Warmer and Raincoat<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it!<\/p>\n<p>I used to think this, but the winter gear the company gives out is freezing as hell, lol (proof they don't care about the people on the job site!)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-42965\" point of this fleece lol (It's not warm at all, and the wind blows right through it...)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since it's a raincoat, it's okay if it gets a little dirty.<\/p>\n<p>If it's hot, you can just take it off. In a way, wearing a raincoat on the job site is pretty normal.<\/p>\n<p>Nobody thinks anything of it.<\/p>\n<p>I recommend a raincoat that can handle snow, rain, and cold weather.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure to buy some nice base layers and a down vest.<\/p>\n<p>This is the crux of the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Also, regarding neck warmers, any type will do, but I recommend ones that can be opened and closed if possible.<\/p>\n<p>It's easier to adjust the temperature with items that have an opening that can be widened using a zipper, buttons, or
