This is Enta.<\/p>\n
I got a call from someone the other day.<\/p>\n
Well, they were someone I felt nostalgic about, but also someone who betrayed me, lol.<\/p>\n
However, since we\u2019ve known each other for over 20 years, we\u2019ll eventually go back to being just friends.<\/p>\n
And yet, here I am, forgiving others even after being betrayed so many times.<\/p>\n
I find things like this kind of strange.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I'm pretty resilient when it comes to being betrayed, and to be honest, there are times when it doesn't really bother me.<\/p>\n
However, it seems I\u2019m more forgiving than I thought (though it feels a bit weird to say that myself, lol), and if someone apologizes, I don\u2019t really hold it against them\u2014I just think, \u201cOh well, it\u2019s fine.\u201d<\/p>\n
I think I'm the type who can generally let things slide, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
However, when it comes to people I absolutely cannot forgive\u2014or rather, people I can\u2019t stand\u2014I really hate those who manipulate others for their own convenience, easily discard them when it suits them, and refuse to take responsibility.<\/p>\n
To top it all off, I really hate people who blab on and on to those around them about whatever suits them best just to save face.<\/p>\n
I try to avoid having anything to do with people like that ever again.<\/p>\n
Other than that, I guess I can live with it\u2014though I do end up forgetting about it halfway through, lol.<\/p>\n
When I thought about that, I wondered what kind of person I should date.<\/p>\n

The kind of people I want to work with or date are,<\/p>\n
People who are more capable than I am!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I want to work with people who have qualities that I don't.<\/p>\n For example, this applies to qualifications, licenses, and personality, among other things.<\/p>\n We don't need shitty people like that lol<\/p>\n Everyone has their own strengths. If I think someone is better than me, I\u2019d like to work with them.<\/p>\n I find myself thinking, \u201cI want to take that in\u2014I want to experience that feeling!\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n That\u2019s exactly why the employees and executives currently working here are better than me in some way or another.<\/p>\n To put it bluntly, just being young is like carrying a weapon, lol.<\/p>\n They say, \u201cWhen you\u2019re old, you should listen to your kids,\u201d lol.<\/p>\n Simply working with people who are more capable than I am helps elevate my own thinking. It gives me time to reflect.<\/p>\n I think this alone is a sign of growth.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I think there are many challenges that come with working alongside people who are more capable than you are.<\/p>\n But there's a lot to gain, too.<\/p>\n If you're immersed in red, you'll turn red<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n What kind of people do you hang out with? Do you have a job?<\/p>\n If you spend time with highly capable people, there\u2019s a very good chance that you\u2019ll eventually become highly capable yourself.<\/p>\n The reverse is also true.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you want to grow as a person, who do you choose to spend time with and work with?
