Plus, that's exactly when I'm stuck on what to write, lol.<\/p>\n
So, that means the people in the photo used to live here.<\/p>\n

That's him on the left\u2014his name is Ko-chan.<\/p>\n
We've been together for over 20 years now, haven't we?<\/p>\n
I even know my dad, who\u2019s already passed away, and his son, lol.<\/p>\n
I don't know where you're working right now, but as long as you're doing well, that's all that matters. (No need to get in touch or anything. It's too much trouble, lol.)<\/p>\n

All kinds of things happen at a company.<\/p>\n
And all kinds of people come in with all kinds of ideas.<\/p>\n
If it's inconvenient, I'll just leave.<\/p>\n
Especially for a construction company like ours, it\u2019s pretty common for people to just disappear out of the blue or steal company property and vanish, lol.<\/p>\n
It happens all the time, even when you trust someone.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve grown a lot recently, and I think I\u2019m not as easily fooled as I used to be.<\/p>\n
But some of our executives say I trust people too much, lol.<\/p>\n

When hiring people, what I\u2019ve come to value most is how they handle leaving a job.<\/p>\n
How did you leave your previous company?<\/p>\n
This is very important.<\/p>\n
I always make sure to ask this during interviews.<\/p>\n

People who run away will always run away again.<\/p>\n
If it's about money, I'll quit for the money.<\/p>\n
If I quit because I dislike someone, I'll end up disliking someone else and quitting again.<\/p>\n

People who leave in a strange way\u2014almost without exception\u2014are very likely to repeat the same behavior.<\/p>\n
Though some people just think he quit normally, lol.<\/p>\n
In some cases, people may find that a company isn\u2019t a good fit for them\u2014perhaps it\u2019s a \u201cblack company\u201d\u2014and even though they want to quit, they can\u2019t, so they end up running away.<\/p>\n
People like that are the exception. (That\u2019s the right way to quit. If you feel the company is dangerous, it\u2019s okay to leave!)<\/p>\n

There's no right or wrong way to quit. It depends on each person's individual circumstances.<\/p>\n

What I want to convey here is that if you quit properly, you can always come back even if something happens.<\/p>\n
I know someone who has already returned to their ex's home three times.<\/p>\n
That person was really nice, and I hear they were completely honest when they resigned.<\/p>\n
The president of that company is also on board, so it\u2019s an amicable departure.<\/p>\n
I did that twice, and now I'm back at that company lol<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not that you can\u2019t submit your resignation electronically, but Japan hasn\u2019t gotten that far yet.<\/p>\n
After all, it\u2019s best to convey this clearly both verbally and in writing.<\/p>\n
That will help build your credibility.<\/p>\n
You don't have to squander the trust that money can't buy just by quitting your job.<\/p>\n
