Starting today, I'm off on a 2-night, 3-day business trip to Tokyo and Yokohama lol<\/p>\n
That said, since this is just an estimate based on the survey, it\u2019s more like, \u201cLet\u2019s go back, draw up the plans, finalize the design, and then see what you think.\u201d<\/p>\n
What's more, all three projects are private construction projects, and they all use the Moldam method we've been using recently.<\/p>\n

We've been receiving a lot of inquiries lately, so we're traveling to various prefectures to conduct surveys.<\/p>\n
Although the construction work itself is relatively simple, I get the impression that there are quite a few tricky spots on-site.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The thing is, it's pretty cramped, lol. It's not impossible, but it's definitely cramped.<\/p>\n
And there's a pretty good chance it's swollen.<\/p>\n
Given this current situation, since we\u2019ve been asked to find a solution, we\u2019ll consider options\u2014including the use of rebar insertion\u2014as part of the design process.<\/p>\n
Since the Moldam method is strictly a surface treatment method, it is not effective against slipping.<\/p>\n
While it is effective for compressive forces, it is not effective against shear forces, so it is often used in conjunction with rebar inserts.<\/p>\n

Last time, there was already some bulging, and ideally I would have liked to pour a little more concrete around the rebar, but since this was the minimum required, I lowered the safety factor.<\/p>\n
Well, to be honest, there\u2019s really no need to go as high as 1.2 in public, but I guess it\u2019s just for our own peace of mind (or ego), lol.<\/p>\n

Starting today, I'll be visiting three job sites before heading home.<\/p>\n
After all, since we're going by car, it's really tough lol<\/p>\n
My back has been hurting lately, so it's especially tough...<\/p>\n
But I really can't give you an estimate without checking the site first, lol.<\/p>\n
Surveys are everything in private construction projects. Unlike public works projects, there are almost no blueprints. There are also almost no design changes.<\/p>\n
