New Facts About Heat Stroke!<\/a><\/p>\n It would be great if we could set up a small water bath on-site as a heatstroke prevention measure, wouldn't it?<\/p>\n The mechanism is very simple\u2014a drum will do just fine.<\/p>\n When we're working on site, we just use a submersible pump to draw water from the river and pour in cold water by the bucketful.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I think it would be fine to put up a screen so the craftsmen can quickly come in during the day without being seen.<\/p>\n You can build a bath inside this using something like a drum.<\/p>\n Taking immediate action when someone suffers from heatstroke is extremely important.<\/p>\n If they start to lose consciousness, submerge their entire body in cold water, keep a close watch to make sure they don't drown, and give them salt and barley tea while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.<\/p>\n The important thing is that your whole body is submerged in the water.<\/p>\n Just giving it a quick rinse isn't enough.<\/p>\n If possible, it would be even better with ice!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n By the way, the water in mountain streams and other rivers averages around 10 degrees even in the summer, so it\u2019s pretty cold.<\/p>\n Even if you suffer from heatstroke, if you cool down properly and receive an IV in the ambulance, you\u2019ll recover quickly.<\/p>\n Also, I highly recommend it because you can head home feeling refreshed after your shift.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>\n The summer heat has begun!
