Looking back now, I think that must have been when I faced hardships and trials related to people.<\/p>\n
So, right now, I absolutely won't tolerate anyone who weighs their options based on the assumption that it will cause trouble for people or the company lol<\/p>\n
He's someone who can be done away with.<\/p>\n

A company is made up of people, but people also exist only because of the company.<\/p>\n
What this means is that a person\u2019s existence does not stand alone.<\/p>\n
The company works for its employees, and the employees work for the company\u2014this creates a mutually beneficial relationship. (Such as bonuses and pay raises.)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s entirely possible that people who say things like that are having some subtle impact on the company.<\/p>\n
There are some people who are real go-getters, even though they complain all the time, aren't there?<\/p>\n
Even though they\u2019re incredibly capable at their job, people who complain a lot might actually be thinking that by voicing their grievances about the company\u2019s current state, they\u2019re helping to secure a better future for their subordinates.<\/p>\n
That means things are getting back to normal.<\/p>\n

The fact that things are sure to return to normal means that, even with staff turnover, the company is moving in the right direction.<\/p>\n
The right people join the company, and the bad ones leave.<\/p>\n
And that bad person ends up at a tough company that\u2019s just right for them, huh? lol (I won\u2019t say it out loud, but I can\u2019t help but go \u201chehehe\u201d inside, lol)<\/p>\n
Please take a moment to think about the people around you. Aren\u2019t those kinds of people or businesses becoming the norm?<\/p>\n

Since companies bring people together, they bring together a variety of ideas.<\/p>\n
Some people dislike it, while others like it.<\/p>\n
When you think of it as part of their spiritual training, it\u2019s surprising how easily you can forgive people\u2014or just let things go, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
There are people you just don't click with, but you should stay away from them.<\/p>\n
Even if you absolutely have to meet them, keeping it to a minimum is fine. (If it's for work, just give up, lol.)<\/p>\n
