Working on a hot metal plate is seriously hellishly hot, isn't it? lol<\/p>\n
Lately, I've been working in an environment that's kind of like a fried egg.<\/p>\n
Well, it's not quite that time of year yet.<\/p>\n
But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In the environment described above, we are struggling with a fast-flowing overlying layer unlike anything I\u2019ve ever seen in my 25 years of experience.<\/p>\n
We are currently doing everything we can to complete the construction.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There is both flowing water and high confined water pressure.<\/p>\n
Things I haven't experienced are a great learning opportunity.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s exactly why the sense of accomplishment when you finally beat it is off the charts, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
Haven't you ever had that kind of experience?<\/p>\n

The challenge begins when you reach the point where you think, \u201cI can\u2019t do this anymore,\u201d and it continues until you find yourself wondering, \u201cWhy was I even lost there in the first place?\u201d<\/p>\n
If you fail, just try again with sincerity.<\/p>\n
Even though it's really just that simple, I think there are a lot of people who are too afraid of failure to even try.<\/p>\n

You can't grow without experiencing failure.<\/p>\n
Let's go ahead and fail!<\/p>\n
Failure is a learning experience.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Civil engineering is a field built on experience gained from past failures.<\/p>\n
It's an industry where failure is to be expected.<\/p>\n

Enjoying the process of making mistakes will lead to future success!<\/p>\n
