This is Enta.<\/p>\n
I forgot to post on my blog the other day lol<\/p>\n
I was swamped with paperwork as the community liaison and was completely overwhelmed.<\/p>\n
I guess after updating every day for nearly four years (it\u2019ll be four years this July), it does feel like a bit of a waste, lol.<\/p>\n
Plus, if the reason I stopped was simply that I forgot, it makes me wonder, \u201cWhat was the point of all that hard work up until now?\u201d<\/p>\n
I totally get that it still hasn't really sunk in (for me).<\/p>\n

I realize this myself, but other than brushing my teeth, there\u2019s almost nothing else I\u2019ve kept up with every single day like this.<\/p>\n
It usually doesn't last more than three days.<\/p>\n

There are people who write articles every day and get told, \u201cThat must be tough!\u201d and others who get told, \u201cYou must have a lot of free time.\u201d<\/p>\n
From my perspective, it\u2019s both, so I\u2019m like, \u201cThat\u2019s exactly it!\u201d<\/p>\n

So why did I start this? Well, it all began because I had some free time after starting my own business, lol.<\/p>\n
It's a disappointing answer, but it's the truth.<\/p>\n

And that brings us to the present; I started my blog on Ameblo on March 29, 2009.<\/p>\n

Since I migrated from Ameblo to this site, I\u2019ve transferred more than half of my posts, so there are also many posts that I\u2019ve deleted.<\/p>\n
I haven't been writing every day, but I've been blogging for 11 years.<\/p>\n
My old posts are so embarrassing I don't even know what to say. (Well, I haven't really changed much since then...)<\/p>\n

As I\u2019ve mentioned before, writing articles like this serves as a record for my own reference, but lately I haven\u2019t been managing the site as much as I used to.<\/p>\n
Thanks to that,Management Skills<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I've finally mastered it!!!<\/p>\n This manager doesn't really remember much about what goes on on the front lines, lol!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I remember that back in the day, whenever I consulted my boss about on-site issues, I\u2019d often get vague answers or responses along the lines of, \u201cThat\u2019s not really going to work, is it?\u201d<\/p>\n I'm sure you've all experienced this.<\/p>\n It really gets on your nerves when your boss says, \u201cWhat are you talking about??\u201d doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n Actually, there\u2019s a good chance you\u2019ve lost touch with what it\u2019s really like on the ground!<\/p>\n When I'm busy with cost estimates, quotes, and design work day in and day out, I really do start to forget all about it, you know~<\/p>\n If I were to return to the field, I\u2019m sure I\u2019d get back into the swing of things within a few months, but as long as I\u2019m in a management position, there\u2019s a good chance I\u2019ll keep forgetting more and more.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I believe that the judgment of frontline employees working on the ground is almost always correct! (At least for those at a certain level.)<\/p>\n The point is that asking your boss is only necessary to get approval for spending money.<\/p>\n After all, a boss's job is to take responsibility for their subordinates.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you present a problem to your boss and resolve it in the usual way, even if you tell them it\u2019s been resolved, they probably won\u2019t even remember it.<\/p>\n The skill of a manager is the ability to handle a massive amount of paperwork and forget the details along the way.<\/p>\n I know this might sound like I'm criticizing them, but since managers tend to be older, there's nothing we can do about it.<\/p>\n That said, apparently information that isn't needed right now gets pushed to the back of the brain, while the necessary information comes to the forefront.<\/p>\n But seriously, I totally forget about it\u2014I find myself thinking, \u201cIsn\u2019t that info buried way too deep?\u201d<\/p>\n Thanks to that, I almost forgot to update my blog, but someone pointed it out to me on LINE, so I managed to avoid a disaster lol (Thanks, Mr. K-yama!)<\/p>\n If I haven't posted an update, it would be a huge help if you could send me a message or leave a comment!<\/p>\n If it's past 8:00 p.m. that day, there's a really good chance I've forgotten about it.<\/p>\n After all, I\u2019ve developed management skills (though some might just call it getting old...)<\/p>\n Well, I suppose there are some managers who don't forget... lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, I still remember the various reference materials, such as the Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Ground Anchors, Earthwork for Rock Mass Reinforcement, and the Rockfall Handbook.<\/p>\n I thought, \u201cI remember reading something like this somewhere\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n Since this book covers the basics of construction management, it would be disastrous to forget what\u2019s in it.<\/p>\n This is the one place I want to defend at all costs lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I'm looking forward to giving a presentation on our company's new construction method at the job site today.<\/p>\n I want our employees to do the work accurately, so I\u2019ll make sure to teach them properly.<\/p>\n Before I forget, I\u2019m going to walk you through the process step by step\u2014with video\u2014to pass on these skills!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
