I rarely get angry, but for the first time in a long while, I was seriously pissed off!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Even when someone I thought was a friend lets me down, I don't get that upset anymore. (Lately)<\/p>\n
It can't be helped.<\/p>\n
Since everyone has their own circumstances, things that can\u2019t be helped end up being of no consequence.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When I\u2019m pretty busy juggling all sorts of things and someone starts aggressively demanding that I handle the parts I just can\u2019t get to, well, that\u2019s a bit much, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
That said, I do get annoyed for about 30 minutes, but after that, I\u2019m back to normal, lol.<\/p>\n
I tend to lose interest pretty quickly. (I\u2019m good at controlling myself, lol.)<\/p>\n

When something upsets me, the first thing I do is write it down like this!<\/p>\n
I'm writing this so I can tell everyone why I got so mad, lol.<\/p>\n
That way, you'll be able to recognize what exactly made you angry.<\/p>\n
I suppose the important thing is,What exactly is it that makes you angry?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This makes it very clear.<\/p>\n When you do that, things that were annoying suddenly stop mattering.<\/p>\n It's what's commonly referred to as \"self-realization.\"<\/p>\n <\/p>\n When I write blog posts like this, I usually delete everything I wrote at first and rewrite it in a more abstract way lol<\/p>\n Just listing a bunch of negative comments won't be helpful to anyone, and it'll just come across as bashing, right? lol<\/p>\n And by erasing it, you\u2019re overwriting it with a fresh mindset!<\/p>\n If you write with the mindset of overwriting what\u2019s there, you\u2019ll feel refreshed.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you ever find yourself feeling angry or irritated for no reason, why not try writing it down?<\/p>\n It doesn't matter if it's a smartphone or a laptop.<\/p>\n What were you angry about, and what was getting on your nerves?<\/p>\n Let's write it down in broad strokes and clear our minds.<\/p>\n And we'll find a way to solve it.<\/p>\n After all, there is the other person there, and there is me.<\/p>\n If you leave it as is, it will definitely affect your future!<\/p>\n Absolutely!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We will find a solution to prevent any unintended consequences.<\/p>\n Generally speaking, when someone says something like this, it usually comes down to a lack of understanding on one side, or issues with writing skills, reading comprehension, or vocabulary.<\/p>\n So I\u2019ll go over each point one by one.
