Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Last night, we held a welcome party for the Vietnamese technical interns assigned to Enta and Izumi.

We spent about two hours chatting and laughing while enjoying Japanese dishes like sashimi, tempura, and Nagoya’s specialty—tenmusu? lol

The second-year students were still a little nervous, but I think we had a lively and fun conversation.

Since it was his first time meeting his Vietnamese senior colleague, he seemed to be asking all sorts of questions about work and other matters.

This time, five Japanese people couldn't make it due to work commitments, so there are a lot of Vietnamese people here—it almost feels like I'm in Vietnam, lol.

Vietnamese is difficult.

And I was surprised to find out that there were people among the second-year students who had experience working on slopes lol

He said he had been doing slope work in Vietnam for three years!!

Well, I don't really know what's possible or to what extent, but I'm looking forward to it.

There are a few issues with experienced users.

That’s precisely the area where we let our guard down—because we know the situation on the ground.

Japan, in particular, has strict safety standards, so if corners are cut there...

That’s exactly the problem—precisely because we know that.

I suppose the key is how thoroughly we teach that.

Well, either way, education is the key to the future, so I want to provide a solid education and nurture talent that can thrive in Vietnam.

!["Welding"]("https://norimen.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/2020-03-26-16.44.27.jpg")

Lately, the welding skills of our senior Vietnamese colleagues have improved, so we've been having them make things like casing stands. (They're not quite good enough to sell, though lol.)

While there are some challenging aspects—such as the method of test-fitting before permanent welding, how to prepare the weld groove, and the order of welding—we also teach skills beyond just slope work and anchor installation.

I’d like to create an environment where we can keep investing in their future.

See you later.
