The other day, I attended the general training session for my driver's license course.<\/p>\n
I actually found myself thinking, \"That's actually pretty good,\" lol.<\/p>\n

At first, I thought it would be a hassle.<\/p>\n
However, toward the end of the training, I was able to reaffirm my understanding that I mustn't get into an accident.<\/p>\n
There are interviews with people who have lost family members, and it really brings me down, but,<\/p>\n
In reality, the people left behind or the person who caused the accident subsequently...The staggering amount of debt to be repaid<\/span><\/strong>I'm the kind of person who gets scared by that!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This amount is astronomical!<\/p>\n It's common for the cost to exceed 100 million yen whenever one person dies.<\/p>\n It might be despicable to put a price on human life, but that\u2019s just the way the world works!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Lately, even bicycle accidents have been resulting in astronomical compensation claims\u2014but can people actually afford to pay them?<\/p>\n I hear that in many car accidents, families are torn apart, and people end up filing for bankruptcy because they can't pay off the debt from the accident...<\/p>\n It's hard on both sides when an accident happens!<\/p>\n The same applies to our construction site, so we recently held a training session there to prevent accidents.<\/p>\n This is a rebar installation job site, and the new Vietnamese worker...I'm raring to go, so I'll get started right away.<\/span><\/strong>That's right.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We will teach them not to do that.<\/p>\n Always wait for the surgeon to give the signal before moving!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We'll make sure this is thoroughly implemented.<\/p>\n Highly motivated students, in particular, tend to take the initiative and push themselves forward.<\/p>\n Stopping thatRequired before teaching the job<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I believe that not having them work during the initial period after they arrive in Japan helps prevent accidents.<\/p>\n First, have them do some simple tasks around the workplace, and once they start to understand the signals, gradually assign them more work.<\/p>\n Since we\u2019re relying on the energy of young people from Vietnam, we want to make sure they learn the job thoroughly until the very end and return home in good health.<\/p>\n I want to take good care of the children entrusted to us by their parents in Vietnam.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n That's why accidents are absolutely out of the question!<\/p>\n Please be very careful to avoid accidents.<\/p>\n I often tell people that if things look like they might get dangerous, it\u2019s okay to delay work by a couple of days.<\/p>\n Safety Comes Before the Schedule!<\/p>\n Safety Over Numbers!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Every now and then, safety lectures like this remind me of something.<\/p>\n I don't want to go, but it's important.<\/p>\n Today we're holding a training session on how to use safety harnesses!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
