Heron\u2019s Key: A smartphone app designed specifically for slope engineers\u2026<\/div><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<p>I've left it entirely up to the development company (well, they're my seniors, so I figured they could do whatever they wanted), so I haven't written anything about sales or anything like that. (It's my senior being arrogant!)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s just right to ask, \u201cDid I already say this?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It's just right when an employee says, \"I've already heard that.\"<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once you're over 40\u2014myself included\u2014<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Realizing that I tend to forget things<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Please do so.<\/p>\n<p>You call someone and say, \u201cHuh? Why did I call again?\u201d and they\u2019re just like, \u201cHuh?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Please make an effort to jot down what you want to say before you call, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please don't assume that the other person understands. (The same goes for you.)<\/p>\n<p>Especially for people in their 40s!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And I really want the young person who hears that to say, \u201cI heard that\u2014you\u2019re talking about [Name], right?\u201d lol<\/p>\n<p>It reminds me of my younger days, when I used to think it was cringy when an older guy would repeat the same story over and over again\u2014and there\u2019s that same kind of embarrassing older guy right there.<\/p>\n<p>Forcing it,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Just listen to me!<\/span><\/strong><\/span>A guy who says that is worthless\u2014he's just some random guy.<\/p>\n<p>That kind of guy is like that at work, too<span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Useless People<\/span><\/strong><\/span>There tend to be a lot of them, lol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Uncle, please make sure to say it out loud several times.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 130%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">And please put into words what the young person heard.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Did that cool guy actually say \"I'm sorry\" honestly? lol He just says, \"Ahaha.\"<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Doing so will help ensure that communication between us goes smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not that older people are superior, nor is it that young people are superior.<\/p>\n<p>It's simple! I think everything will work out as long as we just respect each other.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Communicating clearly with one another is also a way of showing respect.<\/p>\n<p>Let's stop saying \"It's probably \u25cb\u25cb, right? It's definitely \u25cb\u25cb, right!\"<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make sure to convey the message
