Since getting sick is unavoidable, I\u2019ll be taking some time off, but those around me need to take precautions. (Those who aren\u2019t infected)<\/p>\n

First things first: humidify!<\/p>\n

That's what you're thinking, right?<\/p>\n

However, there are findings that suggest this might actually be pointless.<\/p>\n

I recommend it because humidifying the air helps relieve a sore throat a little.<\/p>\n

Also, if you place chlorine disulfide products near the bathroom and kitchen, I think they\u2019ll disinfect anything they come into contact with as well as the air around them.<\/p>\n

According to data from the National Consumer Affairs Center, personally, I think...Cleveringer<\/span><\/strong><\/span>It seemed like a good idea.<\/p>\n

That's because products like this tend to have a pretty strong smell.<\/p>\n

If I stay in that space for too long, I start to get a headache.<\/p>\n

However, since I\u2019m going to the trouble of installing it, I\u2019d prefer to see at least some benefit from it, so if the data above is accurate, I guess it has decent performance?<\/p>\n

After all, during cold weather, the body uses energy specifically to generate heat.<\/p>\n

It's called homeostasis. (The tendency to maintain a constant temperature.)<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I get tired more easily than in the summer, and my immune system tends to be a little weaker because of the cold.<\/p>\n

You'll also be more prone to catching colds.<\/p>\n

That's exactly why: Eat! Sleep!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please make sure to follow these instructions thoroughly!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s nice to go out for a drink here every once in a while\u2014it helps relieve stress and brings people together, lol.<\/p>\n
