Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n

This is Enta.<\/p>\n

Now that the first three days of the New Year are over, things are gradually getting back to normal.<\/p>\n

I've started getting some work done, starting around today, lol.<\/p>\n

The thing is, I\u2019m naturally a bit of a slacker, so if I don\u2019t keep working constantly, I\u2019m the type who\u2019ll go off the rails the moment I let my guard down.<\/p>\n

I can hit rock bottom as many times as I want, lol.<\/p>\n

To avoid that from happening, it\u2019s important to keep at it steadily.<\/p>\n

In that sense, too, blogging every day is essential. (A word to myself.)<\/p>\n

\"Branching\"<\/p>\n

When you're feeling troubled or stuck...<\/p>\n

What criteria do you use to make your decision?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Take changing jobs, for example.<\/p>\n

If a company offers better terms than my current job, it\u2019s all about the pay and benefits, right?<\/p>\n

If another company offered you a position under the same terms as your current one, what would you do?<\/p>\n

If you have even the slightest dissatisfaction with your company, you start to waver a bit, don't you?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What should you do if you're dissatisfied with your current company and a senior colleague asks you to join them in starting a new company?<\/p>\n

Shall we go?<\/p>\n

What should we do?<\/p>\n

\"What<\/p>\n

I\u2019m using a career change as an example, but unless you resolve the issues at that company, the same thing will happen at your next job.<\/p>\n

Unless you can resolve your dissatisfaction or anxiety right then and there, you\u2019re bound to repeat the same pattern.<\/p>\n

The same goes for changing jobs.<\/p>\n

Because as long as we're all human, we stumble in similar ways, and (unless we overcome them)<\/p>\n

I feel dissatisfied with the same thing. Similar situations will undoubtedly occur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When a senior colleague starts a company, what\u2019s the best way to go about it?<\/p>\n

Should you quit your job after going through the proper channels to start your own company, or should you just walk out and start your own company?<\/p>\n

If you quit after causing trouble, it almost always leads to a huge mess, so I don't recommend it.<\/p>\n

Starting a business by following a set path is an option, but it\u2019s a rocky road until it gets off the ground.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I think everyone has their own criteria for making decisions.<\/p>\n

As mentioned above, I can still put up with it because the pay is good.<\/p>\n

Even if the pay is lower than at my previous company, it's less stressful.<\/p>\n

My boss and senior colleagues are kind.<\/p>\n

My wife's orders lol<\/p>\n

And so on.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

These are the criteria I recommend.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m writing this based on a general summary of my own experiences and the opinions of those who made the wrong judgment.<\/p>\n

Whether or not you're sincere!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Is that decision made in good faith?<\/p>\n

Being sincere in accordance with one's convictions<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Right?<\/p>\n

Are you asking someone for advice and then choosing the option that works best for you?<\/p>\n

Is it more sincere to do what's easiest for yourself?<\/p>\n

Do you think it's honest to make a lot of money without putting in much effort?<\/p>\n

If you haven't made a decision on your own, are you being honest with yourself?<\/p>\n

\"Justice\"<\/p>\n

There are all kinds of jobs out there, so it\u2019s hard to generalize, but,Cherish your sense of justice<\/span><\/strong>I'd like you to do that.<\/p>\n

Please be careful, as your sense of justice might sometimes be wrong. (If it is wrong, you can correct it.)<\/p>\n

If you believe that dishonesty will inevitably be cleansed by a self-purifying process, you cannot afford to be dishonest.<\/p>\n

You can't get by with dishonesty = Nothing but bad things happen. (You can't grow.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If you are sincere, there is nothing to purify, so only things that contribute to your personal growth will happen.<\/p>\n

If your senior is trustworthy, I think it\u2019s fine to follow them in starting a business, as described above.<\/p>\n

If they're insincere, it'll probably fall apart in less than a year.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If this were the actual construction, how would it compare to the design? How would it compare to the specifications? How would it compare to the drawings?<\/p>\n

The criteria for judgment are clearly stated. Any other standards would be considered dishonest (incorrect).<\/p>\n

Of course, there are cases where the design is flawed, but all you need to do is make a design change (course correction).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If you always make decisions with integrity, you won't hesitate.<\/p>\n

Let's go for it with everything we've got! Even if we fail, it'll just be a learning experience.<\/p>\n

I think that if they hadn't lied during last year's Yoshimoto Kogyo scandal, things wouldn't have gotten this far.<\/p>\n

When you think about it, staying true to yourself might actually take a lot of courage.<\/p>\n

However, it certainly won't be a detour.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One thing you absolutely must not do is,<\/p>\n

It means being swayed by someone else's opinion and trusting that person completely.<\/p>\n

If you trust someone so much that you can\u2019t even think for yourself, all that awaits you after you fail is a helpless version of yourself and nothing but regret.<\/p>\n

Regret is useless!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Better late than never*<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I believe that, as long as a decision is made in good faith, a certain degree of failure falls within the margin of error.<\/p>\n

If you make a mistake, you can just try again.<\/p>\n
