It starts at the beginning of the year, so I'm busy getting ready lol<\/p>\n
Well, I thought, \u201cI\u2019ve got about 10 days, so I should have plenty of time to finish!\u201d but that\u2019s actually a bad idea, so I think I\u2019ll get it done early.<\/p>\n

If you are a first-tier subcontractor, there are documents other than the safety documents that must be submitted before work begins on-site.<\/p>\n
It's less than what the general contractor gets, but it's still a decent amount.<\/p>\n
Moreover, when on-site conditions differ significantly, it becomes necessary to draw up blueprints and develop a detailed construction plan.<\/p>\n
If you go into the field without doing those things, it will cause confusion on site, and things won't go smoothly.<\/p>\n

I place a very high priority on construction plans because whenever I run into trouble on-site, it really makes me realize just how important they are.<\/p>\n
By anticipating site conditions and taking appropriate measures before entering the site, you can improve both the speed and safety of construction.<\/p>\n
If the plan no longer suits the site conditions, we will draw up a revised construction plan.<\/p>\n
When submitting documents to government offices, include only the changes or additions; depending on the municipality, you may be required to mark all changes in red each time.<\/p>\n
A site supervisor who can consistently submit revised construction plans to the local government as needed is truly outstanding.<\/p>\n
Naturally, the government agency\u2019s evaluation is also high. (The evaluator\u2019s assessment directly affects the score, so it\u2019s extremely important.)<\/p>\n

And if you make sure the foreman and the younger workers are all aware of that, things will run more smoothly, right?<\/p>\n
I think it's usually the case that only the supervisor and the foreman know about it.<\/p>\n

That way, the younger employees will be able to plan for the future while carrying out their work today.<\/p>\n
