*Estimates based on expenses, machinery, insurance premiums, and labor only*<\/strong><\/p>\n Let's say there is a 5 cm layer of sprayed mortar covering an area of 500 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n At 25,000 yen per person per day, that comes to 100,000 yen per day for four people.<\/p>\n 500 m\u00b2 \u00d7 0.05 m = 25 m\u00b3<\/p>\n Let's assume a flow rate of 15 m\u00b3 per day.<\/p>\n 25 m\u00b3 \u00f7 15 m\u00b3 = 1.67 days \u2248 2 days<\/p>\n 2 days \u00d7 100,000 yen = 200,000 yen<\/p>\n 200,000 yen \u00f7 500 m\u00b2 = 400 yen\/m\u00b2<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This is the unit price.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Normally, this is how you would calculate it, but in practice, using this method actually results in a loss.<\/p>\n The key question is: How much material is lost when applying a 5-cm-thick spray coat?<\/p>\n Simply by covering the wire mesh, you can easily achieve a height of 6 cm or 7 cm.
