after the cement slurry has hardened.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-40213\" and tighten the flat cap.<\/p>\n<p>The plate gets dirty at this point, so if you don't clean it thoroughly right then, it won't look good later on.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" and fill it with polyurethane foam.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately place the flat plate lid on top.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-40219\" finished.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think?<\/p>\n<p>It was easier than I thought.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There aren't any particular issues with the installation method, but there is one thing that concerns me.<\/p>\n<p>It's the polyurethane foam that goes inside the cap!<\/p>\n<p>This isn't great.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s because\u2014take a look at this photo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" urethane is coming out.<\/p>\n<p>Remove it after the urethane has cured.<\/p>\n<p>This actually gets dirty. (The lid on the top)<\/p>\n<p>I didn't take any photos of the stains, but the lid and other parts do get slightly dirty.<\/p>\n<p>If you try to remove it, you'll need something like paint thinner, so you'll have to get some.<\/p>\n<p>The finished look is excellent, so as the construction manager, I was a little concerned about the dirt.<\/p>\n<p>I can't help but wonder, \"Wouldn't caulk work just as well for this?\"...<\/p>\n<p>I won't be exposed to UV rays, so it should be fine, right?<\/p>\n<p>I feel like that would give a nicer finish.<\/p>\n<p>(Well, I guess it depends on the manufacturer's ingenuity, lol)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-40222\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2019-08-31-14.27.55-1-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"Installing a Flat Cap\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2019-08-31-14.27.55-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2019-08-31-14.27.55-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And isn't this flat cap yellow?<\/p>\n<p>Actually,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">With Reflector Function<\/span><\/strong><\/span>What?!<\/p>\n<p>This time, I tried adding reflectors to just four spots\u2014what do you think?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-40223\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/8f0fadb5b56e2e9c0017adbf62c42ae4-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"Flat Plate Cap with Reflector\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/8f0fadb5b56e2e9c0017adbf62c42ae4.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/8f0fadb5b56e2e9c0017adbf62c42ae4-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I've always been a big fan of reflectors, so I highly recommend this!<\/p>\n<p>It seems likely that the popularity of these flat caps will continue to grow in the future.<\/p>\n<p>That's because the number of reflective materials out there has increased tremendously.<\/p>\n<p>This applies to traffic safety as well; when you prioritize safety above all else\u2014especially with excellent visibility\u2014it\u2019s the perfect opportunity to get creative.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For now,<\/p>\n<p>For rebar insertion products,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">There are no innovative products designed to improve safety in the surrounding area.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">It goes over exceptionally well with government officials.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I think so.
