Is there a construction boom?<\/p>\n
This year, in particular, we've received an unusually high volume of orders.<\/p>\n
It really makes you wonder, \u201cWhat on earth is this??\u201d<\/p>\n
I usually get a reasonable amount of work every year, but this year I\u2019ve been quite swamped with project management.<\/p>\n
What about you all?<\/p>\n
Well, it seems to vary quite a bit depending on the industry, but the pay for slope-related work is absolutely outrageous!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There's so much work that I can't help but wonder if even my boss made a mistake.<\/p>\n
What happened to the leveling plan that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism mentioned before??<\/p>\n
That thing where you spread out work orders evenly throughout the year instead of letting everything pile up at the end of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n
I guess it\u2019s difficult when you consider the need to use up the budget, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
Or is this a sign of something to come?<\/p>\n

Is something going to happen around next year?? A promotion?? Hmmmm...<\/p>\n
It's kind of scary\u2014it makes me wonder, \"What on earth is going on? Why am I so busy?\"<\/p>\n

Every day, I receive calls from various major companies.<\/p>\n
\"Can we anchor it? What about the slope?\"<\/p>\n
They know our construction rates are high, yet they still call us\u2014so I guess even the big companies must be really short on construction crews.<\/p>\n
My seniors and juniors also ask me to help them.<\/p>\n
However, given the current situation, where employees are already working under a demanding schedule, we must avoid overworking them.<\/p>\n
I don't take on any more work because I believe taking on more would lead to an accident.<\/p>\n
After all, if you don't have at least a little leeway and some reserves, things can get really tough.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Even so, the schedule is packed, and Sunday is my only day off.<\/p>\n
If I knew it would be over after just one Sunday, I wouldn't mind working on my day off, but,<\/p>\n
Otherwise, we don't perform construction work on Sundays.<\/p>\n
I'm definitely taking the day off.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I'll do my best with early shifts and overtime!<\/p>\n If possible, I'd like to try taking two consecutive days off on a rotating basis around this time, lol.<\/p>\n It'll probably just become the norm eventually, anyway.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Let's get plenty of rest and work safely!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n P.S. It doesn't look like there will be any openings until the end of November.
