Life and work are just full of hassles, aren't they?<\/p>\n

In our field, for example, compressive strength tests for quality control of sprayed mortar.<\/p>\n
Isn't it a hassle to remove the core and stuff?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Managing the as-built dimensions within legal frameworks is a pain, isn't it? lol<\/p>\n
If you keep listing them like this, it\u2019s such a hassle that there\u2019s just no end to it, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
When it comes down to it, the job itself just turns into a huge hassle.<\/p>\n
It makes you think that, doesn't it?<\/p>\n

However, I think there are parts of my job that I do enjoy.<\/p>\n
It's the kind of job where you think, \"This is the one thing I really love, though...\"<\/p>\n
For example, in my case, this includes work using a rebar bender within the legal framework, or drilling holes for long anchors.<\/p>\n
I think I tend to like the kinds of jobs that other people tend to avoid.<\/p>\n

However, thisYou can see a person's true character through tedious tasks.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We used to have an employee who would only do the types of construction work he liked.<\/p>\n We do spray-on work as well, but whenever it comes to spray-on work, that employee always finds some excuse to take the day off.<\/p>\n I always take a break.<\/p>\n They say, \u201cYou absolutely have to come out because there\u2019s no one else,\u201d and they give a positive response the day before, but on the day itself, they either go off the grid or fake being sick lol<\/p>\n After that, they come to work as if nothing had happened.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It's okay if you don't like it. As long as we talk it through properly.<\/p>\n People who can't do that usually run away.<\/p>\n In the end, that employee also bailed on the job site lol<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I didn't trust it myself, so I figured that was probably the case.<\/p>\n Whether you trust someone or not is what matters, but,<\/p>\n People gradually sift through others in the workplace.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's right.<\/p>\n I, too, had evaluated that employee based on my own standards, and in the end, I concluded that he was someone I couldn't trust.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n That could happen even among coworkers, right?<\/p>\n \"That person is capable,\" \"That person will definitely see it through,\" \"I'm a little worried about that person, though...\"<\/p>\n You know what I mean, right?<\/p>\n Things like, \u201cI can\u2019t handle it when I\u2019ve had a drink,\u201d or \u201cThis job pays well, doesn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n \"That's just the kind of person they are, so there's nothing we can do about it,\" lol<\/p>\n What's more, each person has their own criteria for judging others.<\/p>\n That's how that kind of assessment comes about.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And that's when people start weeding others out because \"it's a hassle\"\u2014even when you're worthy of their trust!<\/p>\n Someone who can see tedious tasks through to the end.<\/p>\n Someone who can meet deadlines even for tedious tasks.<\/p>\n People who can't meet deadlines for tedious tasks.<\/p>\n Someone who can't do this, but can do that.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We're constantly being evaluated.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n That said, there\u2019s no need to be so on edge and suspicious, but,<\/p>\n I\u2019ve come to realize that \u201chassle\u201d is an essential part of improving my skills.<\/p>\n It means that since you don't have that skill, that aspect won't be evaluated.<\/p>\n People who are highly regarded by others generally do their jobs well, study hard, and put in a lot of effort.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you're only thinking about how to earn a good reputation from others, try taking the initiative to do the things that are a hassle.<\/p>\n And please try to get to the bottom of that complicated issue.<\/p>\n Before you know it, what used to be a hassle won\u2019t seem like a hassle anymore\u2014it\u2019ll turn into something much more troublesome.<\/p>\n Things that are that much of a hassle are actually important. (Level of Awareness)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I'm speaking from an evaluative perspective, but,I don't need a rating!<\/span><\/strong>There are people who feel that way, too.<\/p>\n But there's no doubt that my results are being evaluated, so there's no getting out of it lol.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you want to improve your skills even more, dive deep into the tough stuff!<\/p>\n Maybe those troublesome things are actually the seeds of skill improvement.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n By the way, I\u2019d love to eat tons of \u201cSpeed Seeds\u201d and \u201cWisdom Seeds\u201d!
