Someone is leaving a certain company.<\/p>\n
Objectively speaking, I think he is an exceptionally talented person.<\/p>\n
It seems the company isn't really trying to recognize its value, which is such a shame.<\/p>\n
Since this is a resignation due to company circumstances, I've been told I'll be able to receive unemployment benefits right away.<\/p>\n

Thank you very much.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Companies and corporations often struggle to recognize the value of individuals, and<\/p>\n In particular, the larger the company, the more its value tends to appear diluted.<\/p>\n Especially from management's perspective, they're just one cog in the machine; from the employees' perspective, they're also just cogs in the company's machine.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, from the perspective of small, medium-sized, and family-run businesses like ours, people like that...Gold Gear<\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n They're absolutely sparkling clean. (Of course, there are some who aren't, lol.)<\/p>\n From the perspective of a company as a whole, both executives and employees are simply cogs in the machine.<\/p>\n We\u2019re all working together to keep the gears turning\u2014the president, the foreman, and the workers.<\/p>\n I think the company keeps running because everything keeps turning and turning.<\/p>\n If that gold gear were to slot into place there, I bet it would spin round and round and round and round~~~~~<\/p>\n It looks like it's going to spin at an incredible speed!<\/p>\n The consequences of losing that gold gear will probably catch up with us later.
