The photo above simply shows the number of bags.<\/p>\n

However, the photo below shows 6 bags per tier \u00d7 6 rows \u00d7 4 columns + 4 bags per row \u00d7 4 columns = 160 bags<\/p>\n

*For some reason, the numbers in the photo are wrong lol (Sorry for the mistake on the blackboard.)<\/p>\n

You can pretty much tell just by looking at the photo, right?<\/p>\n

The inspector looks at the photo, then at the blackboard, and skips this photo.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When I say, \u201cWhat exactly do inspectors look for?\u201d, it sounds as if I were an inspector myself, but\u2014<\/p>\n

I was told this by an inspector after an inspection back when I was a site representative, so I'll just write it down as is lol<\/p>\n

Is there detailed oversight?<\/p>\n

How to write on the blackboard, the neatness of the photo album, the clarity of the photos, and how to organize documents<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Work sites where the groundwork is done properly usually turn out beautifully!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That's what I was told. (I was told other things, too, but...)<\/p>\n

Back then, there was a period when I was really into construction management, lol.<\/p>\n

Back when I was micromanaging everything, I used to get annoyed every time an inspector pointed something out, lol.<\/p>\n

Even if I think, \u201cNo one else goes this far!\u201d there are still things to point out, huh? lol<\/p>\n

So, I asked the inspector all sorts of questions, and he turned out to be a really nice person\u2014I learned a lot from him.<\/p>\n

That's what I heard at the time.<\/p>\n

(You don't see photo albums like that these days, but back then, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the prefectural governments used different ones.)<\/p>\n

(Although I use a digital photo album now.)<\/p>\n

Even in the photos of the new arrivals, you can tell how meticulous they are just by the way they write on the chalkboard.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s easy to set yourself apart from the competition with just a few small tweaks.<\/p>\n

Because even if I say all this, only two or three out of every 100 people will actually do it, lol.<\/p>\n

People are pretty reluctant to take action. Especially conservative Japanese people.<\/p>\n
