{"id":38954,"date":"2019-05-08T08:00:42","date_gmt":"2019-05-07T23:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/?p=38954"},"modified":"2026-05-17T11:55:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-17T02:55:40","slug":"lath-attachment-pitch-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norimen.net\/en\/lath-attachment-pitch-part2\/","title":{"rendered":"Concrete Placement Intervals for Formwork Installers (Part 2) | On-Site Applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is Enta.<\/p>\n<p>Golden Week is over, and we're back to our regular business hours.<\/p>\n<p>It really is easier and better to be working, isn't it?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a continuation of my previous post.<\/p>\n<p>The other day,<span style=\"font-size: 150%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Turning Theoretical Concepts into Drawings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>I did.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-38950\" src=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/d2c66f9c2a00c2bc41bc5beeed1fe061-600x460.jpg\" alt=\"Anchor Pin Installation Spacing\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/d2c66f9c2a00c2bc41bc5beeed1fe061.jpg 600w, https:\/\/norimen.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/d2c66f9c2a00c2bc41bc5beeed1fe061-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is it.<\/p>\n<p>The white circle indicates the main anchor pin (\u03c616 \u00d7 400).<\/p>\n<p>The horizontal spacing is 2 meters, and the vertical spacing is 1.5 meters.<\/p>\n<p>The red square indicates the auxiliary anchor pin (\u03c69 \u00d7 200).<\/p>\n<p>The horizontal spacing is 0.66 meters, and the vertical spacing is 1.0 meters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is just how it looks since I assigned the parts based solely on the drawings.<\/p>\n<p>As for the main anchor pins, it would be safest to install them at 1.8-meter intervals along the sides, at the overlaps of the laths.<\/p>\n<p>When you put it like that, it seems like I have more time on my hands than you'd expect, doesn't it?<\/p>\n<p>Actually, when it comes to the last pin, I\u2019ve been hitting it way too much, lol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In terms of design, people tend to assume the final factor is 1.4, but it\u2019s actually fine to leave it at 1.0.<\/p>\n<p>That's because the Las wire mesh has a 10-centimeter overlap, which results in some waste.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the case of a perfectly flat slope, there will be no loss if the concrete is poured exactly as shown in the drawings. (It was a site affected by a minor disaster.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I think it's best to have just a little extra material.
