Hello, everyone.<\/p>\n

This is Enta.<\/p>\n

Day 4 of Golden Week?<\/p>\n

We're actually working here, lol<\/p>\n

Well, those who can take a break should do so, and for those who can't, that's just the way it is.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And today isThe Last Day of the Heisei Era<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's it!<\/p>\n

Thirty years ago, I was 13 years old.<\/p>\n

How old were you all?<\/p>\n

It really makes me feel quite emotional to think that the Heisei era is coming to an end.<\/p>\n

All things considered, it was a great time!<\/p>\n

\"Employment\"<\/p>\n

I started working during that time. (It was formerly Yamato Industries; now known as Toko Geotech.)<\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

The bubble economy burst just before I started my first job.<\/p>\n

When I was a first-year employee, the slope construction industry hadn\u2019t yet been affected by the bursting of the bubble, but starting in my second year, my bonus went down the drain lol.<\/p>\n

Since then, we have carried out construction and construction management on slopes throughout the country.<\/p>\n

The projects where I felt I grew the most were the national highway project in Mie Prefecture and the Tokuyama Dam construction project in Gifu Prefecture,<\/p>\n

Emergency construction work for the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake\u2014probably the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism\u2019s office on Sakurajima in Kagoshima Prefecture.<\/p>\n

There are so many other places I\u2019ve been to that I can\u2019t list them all, but this is definitely a location that left a strong impression on me.<\/p>\n

Also, since many of the projects had relatively long construction periods, I made a lot of acquaintances and friends on those sites!<\/p>\n

I\u2019m still on good terms with those friends to this day. Thank you very much.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

And then came the Lehman Shock.<\/p>\n

Enta was founded in 2008. Six months later, Lehman Brothers went bankrupt!<\/p>\n

The impact gradually set in, and there was a time when I was so bored it was actually funny lol.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And now.<\/p>\n

I've been through all kinds of ups and downs!<\/p>\n

w At least I have the spirit to get back up no matter how many times I fall.<\/p>\n

The Heisei era flew by in the blink of an eye.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the end, I feel like I\u2019m where I am today thanks to the support of so many people. (It\u2019s a clich\u00e9, but...)<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been both exhausted and healed by conflicts with others.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All of my connections have shaped who I am today.<\/p>\n

I recall the faces of various people.<\/p>\n

Some of them have already passed away.<\/p>\n

There are still people who are battling illness.<\/p>\n

I'm really glad I got to meet people like that.<\/p>\n

I'm glad I got to experience the Heisei era.<\/p>\n

That relationship will be carried forward into the Reiwa era.<\/p>\n

What was it like back in your day?<\/p>\n

I think I\u2019ve gone through a lot of hardships to get where I am today.<\/p>\n
