Working in a different industry is really exhausting, lol.<\/p>\n
It's a simple job\u2014just serving beer and taking payment\u2014but it's tiring.<\/p>\n
Ah, I wonder if the food and beverage industry just isn't for me...<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve come to the conclusion that this is probably because I don\u2019t usually interact with such a large number of people.<\/p>\n

The most exhausting customers are those middle-aged guys who just hand over the money and don't say a word! lol<\/p>\n
This is the worst one, isn't it?<\/p>\n
Like, \"Come on, hurry up and bring the beer,\" lol<\/p>\n
In cases like that,Would you like some tea?<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Well, I'll just ask anyway lol<\/p>\n Then they'll say, \"Beer!\" in a way that sounds like it's a hassle.<\/p>\n When I see people like that, they somehow seem kind of pitiful to me.<\/p>\n I wonder if they're being bullied at work or at home...<\/p>\n Is that like taking out your frustration on the vendor??<\/p>\n <\/p>\n When you think about it, being a vendor is really tough, isn't it?<\/p>\n Even in a situation like that, you're still handling it with a smile, aren't you~!<\/p>\n I'm truly humbled.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In my case, I end up serving tea or playing pranks, lol.<\/p>\n I'm doing this as a volunteer, but I still have a lot to learn...<\/p>\n Just because this isn't my main job doesn't mean I'm not taking it seriously\u2014but are customers really \"gods\"?<\/p>\n I hate that phrase!<\/p>\n After all, the store has the right to choose its own gods.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n As I explore ways to attract customers, for some reason, there are some who keep coming back as repeat customers.<\/p>\n When I really think about it, I tend to communicate more with customers who come in several times.<\/p>\n Take the order, collect the payment, and hand over the item.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Customers who engage in even a little extra communication during these interactions will feel comfortable coming back.<\/p>\n Here comes another beer! I guess the fact that I've had a little to drink is part of it, too.<\/p>\n Rather than handing it over in silence without saying a word, hand it over while saying something.<\/p>\n Just that alone makes you a repeat customer, right?
