It's spring, isn't it...<\/p>\n

I have a feeling there might be an open spot in either the Anchor Team or the Slope Team starting in April lol<\/p>\n

It's still just a hunch at this point, but I think I could probably make it to Aichi, Shizuoka, and Mie.<\/p>\n

I woke up thinking, \u201cIt\u2019s Sunday, so I\u2019m not going to work!\u201d but...<\/p>\n

\"Please finish the cost estimate for the project due next Tuesday...\"\u2014I got an email like that at 1 a.m. last night, lol.<\/p>\n

As I work on cost estimates, I find myself thinking, \u201cNo matter what, everyone really does love their jobs, don\u2019t they?\u201d<\/p>\n

Make sure to take a good rest on Sunday and recharge!<\/p>\n

But then you might be wondering, \u201cWhat exactly does \u2018refresh\u2019 mean in this context?\u201d<\/p>\n

According to recent thinking, the body rests when we sleep, so I guess I'll just go to sleep.<\/p>\n

Back in the day, people used to say that doing something other than work\u2014like having fun\u2014was a way to refresh yourself.<\/p>\n

But lately, all he does is sleep, apparently.<\/p>\n

And when it comes to refreshing your brain\u2014which is the most important thing\u2014meditation is definitely the best!<\/p>\n

If that's not possible, light tasks that allow you to clear your mind are also said to be a good option.<\/p>\n

If you can give your brain a great rest at the end of the week, you'll all be on fire come Monday! lol<\/p>\n

I'm the kind of person who can work while taking little breaks here and there, lol.<\/p>\n
