Can you match people's faces with their names?<\/p>\n
Especially older folks!!! lol<\/p>\n

I recognize the face, but I can't remember the name!<\/p>\n
Don't you find that happens a lot??<\/p>\n
That happens to me all the time.<\/p>\n
It was already like that in my early 30s. I remember thinking, \u201cWow, I\u2019m getting old!\u201d<\/p>\n

But it seems that's not actually the case.<\/p>\n
I hear that humans are amazing at recognizing faces.<\/p>\n
As far as facial recognition goes, it\u2019s said to be able to recognize several thousand faces.<\/p>\n
This is because, in the days before language existed, people recognized each other solely by their faces, so<\/p>\n
Apparently, that part of the brain has developed.<\/p>\n
So, the languages and scripts that appear later are just following in their footsteps.<\/p>\n

A few hours later, you\u2019ll be like, \u201cOh! It\u2019s [Name]!\u201d lol<\/p>\n

Apparently, people's names keep getting pushed deeper and deeper into the recesses of our brains.<\/p>\n
It takes me a while to remember that name, even though I can recognize a face instantly.<\/p>\n
Remembering names is just like studying\u2014I remember them at the time, but<\/p>\n
You tend to forget things after a certain amount of time.<\/p>\n

I guess I should review them, but it\u2019s hard to bring myself to review names, lol.<\/p>\n
Apparently, this isn't something that declines with age.<\/p>\n
Apparently, he's not old!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n As you gain life experience, you meet all kinds of people. And you learn their names.<\/p>\n It seems that the more people you meet, the better you get at recognizing (remembering) their faces, but the more you tend to forget their names.<\/p>\n Do you remember?<\/p>\n This equation!<\/p>\n That's right!! It's inversely proportional!<\/p>\n (Face) I remember the face, but I've forgotten the name!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The more I see them, the more I remember their faces, but the more I see them, the more I forget their names...<\/p>\n The point is, people who are experiencing those symptoms are coming into contact with all kinds of people!!<\/p>\n That's why I don't remember the name!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This isn't just old age\u2014it's the wisdom gained through experience.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>What?!<\/p>\n That just goes to show how often I\u2019ve met people. (I won\u2019t mention who I\u2019ve met, lol.)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In that case, you'd better just say, \"I've got way too much experience to remember your name!\"<\/p>\n However, if possible, when younger people talk to someone who seems to have a lot of experience, they should say, \u201cI met you at [place] a few years ago; I\u2019m [name].\u201d<\/p>\n Saying that would probably be a big help to people with more experience!
