This is Enta.<\/p>\n

I've been scrubbing this blender like crazy for the past few days.<\/p>\n

We'll remove the rust and then take apart each component for maintenance.<\/p>\n

We will order and replace any defective parts or parts that cannot be greased.<\/p>\n

I like working on paperwork, but I don't mind cleaning a machine like this either.<\/p>\n

It's a simple process, but for now, the packer is only used on the anchoring section.<\/p>\n

How to Make a Fixing Packer<\/h3>\n

\"Enta's<\/p>\n

1. Wrap the Span Seal around the PC steel strand and the grout hose (be sure to inject from the deepest point) slightly above the anchorage point.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Place the packer over it.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Stop the packer slightly above the attachment point and bend it several times.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Secure the bent section with cable ties, wire ties, or similar fasteners. (Make sure to fasten it securely.)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Fold the tip back several times slightly in front of the anchor body so that it does not interfere with it, then form the Span Seal into a ball and crimp it together with the tip.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the tip bears the most pressure, please crimp it securely.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Span Seal fills the gap between the packer and the anchor body, andJust make sure it doesn't leak<\/strong>It's one of those.<\/p>\n

In reality, as long as there are no leaks when the cement slurry is injected, any material will do, but,<\/p>\n

For now, Span Seal is the standard specification.<\/p>\n

The Essence of a Packer<\/h3>\n

All that's left is to inject it, but be sure to monitor the pressure gauge while doing so.<\/p>\n

The pressure is approximately 0.1 to 0.3 MPa.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's enough.<\/p>\n

There's no point in pumping any more, and since we're injecting downward, the pressure at the deepest point is quite high.<\/p>\n

The important thing is,Ensure the packer is fully inflated<\/span><\/strong><\/span>That's the point.<\/p>\n

Check the pressure gauge; if the pressure goes up, that's proof it has inflated.<\/p>\n

Certainty<\/strong>If you want to install one, attach the return hose as shown below.<\/p>\n

However, in this case, the drill hole diameter is extremely important.<\/p>\n

Since the installation cannot be completed unless the unit fits inside the outer casing, please take great care.<\/p>\n

Cement slurry from the return hose<\/span><\/strong>When it appears, bend the hose and secure it with wire or similar material.<\/p>\n

Then, use the other hose to apply pressure and inject the fluid.<\/p>\n

What Is an All-Packer?<\/h3>\n

Apply packers to the entire length of the free section and the fixed section.<\/p>\n

This is used when the overall surface profile is poor and it is not possible to pinpoint the specific areas where the cement slurry has strayed.<\/p>\n

Benefits<\/h4>\n

Since the amount of cement slurry cannot exceed the design specification, it is easy to determine the amount of cement.<\/p>\n

You can visually check whether the packer has expanded.<\/p>\n

When the anchor body is inserted, the packer flutters, so,Wrap it in a spiral using paper tape<\/strong>This makes it easier to insert.<\/p>\n

Please do not use vinyl tape, as it may prevent the item from inflating. (If you do use it, make a small cut in it.)<\/p>\n

Installation Procedures When Using a Packer<\/h3>\n

When only the anchoring section is a packer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Anchor Drilling (Inner Core Retrieval)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Insertion of the Anchor Body<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Retrieval of the outer casing (longer than the packer)
\n(If you inflate the packer inside the casing, it will become stuck inside the casing and cannot be removed.)<\/span>
\nIn that case, since the casing cannot be retrieved, it will be necessary to cut the anchor body as it is retrieved.<\/span>
\n(Never inflate it inside the casing!)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Injection into the packer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

5. After pressurizing (to approximately 0.1\u20130.3 MPa), crimp the hose with a crimping tool.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

6. Injection into the free length section inside the outer casing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Recovery of the Outer Casing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Free-Length Section Injection<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

9. End<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

*Please note that there are other installation methods available, so this is not the only option.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Packing tape is extremely convenient, but if used incorrectly, it can lead to serious problems, so please make sure to apply it properly.<\/p>\n
