Over the past few months, we've added about three people to the team, ranging from veterans to younger employees lol<\/p>\n
In terms of ratios, the team consists of one veteran manager (plus one planned addition), one trainee manager, and one craftsman.<\/p>\n
Up until now, I\u2019ve been taking on management tasks more or less as a side gig. (Of course, I do my job perfectly, lol.)<\/p>\n
That was the case, but now we need to start doing it in earnest.<\/p>\n
I've started to feel that I need to take my role as a professional more seriously.<\/p>\n
It's just a hunch for now, lol.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I was talking with a director.<\/p>\n
There are supervisors who submit documents on behalf of the general contractor, and others who say it would be a problem if that were to happen in the future.<\/p>\n
Documents submitted for someone else\u2019s sake, to help them get better.<\/p>\n
I can't do thatThe site supervisor is a piece of shit!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n If you're the kind of site supervisor who would have trouble dealing with that in the future, maybe you should quit?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If constantly thinking about how to manage things as easily as possible ends up benefiting the general contractor, then you should definitely go for it!<\/p>\n It's okay to do it for yourself! As long as it ultimately benefits the general contractor.<\/p>\n There are some real jerks even among site supervisors.<\/p>\n Even at major general contractors, there are some jerks. (You know, the \"certification fanatics,\" lol.)<\/strong><\/p>\n A coach who ignores those kinds of jerks and deliberately does the things he finds troublesome or doesn't want to do is the best kind of coach!<\/p>\n With that in mind, I commend the manager who\u2019s struggling through tough times without even realizing he\u2019s destined to become the greatest manager!<\/p>\n It\u2019s a shame that there seem to be so few directors like that these days\u2014it\u2019s because there are bosses who are stifling their potential.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I don't know everything about slopes either.<\/p>\n However, there are plenty of tech experts who can help.<\/p>\n That is precisely why I realize that entertainment development itself is viable.<\/p>\n It\u2019s truly wonderful that the director realizes this project only works because of all of you!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I feel like the essence of being a director lies in that drive to constantly innovate and strive to be better than anyone else.<\/p>\n Always be resourceful, always think!
