I've been thinking lately\u2014hasn't the evolution of smartphones already come to an end?<\/p>\n

The software version has been changing over the past three years or so, but,<\/p>\n

Hardware hasn't really changed that much, has it?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It's obvious at a glance when you look at this.<\/p>\n

It's the same with Android phones, too.<\/p>\n

So, what do you do on your smartphone?<\/p>\n

Phone features, email, social media, web browsing, searching for information, calculator<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That's about right, isn't it?<\/p>\n

What will happen next? Will they be implanted in the human body?<\/p>\n

Well, I think in the next era, concepts like operating systems will be consolidated into a single entity, and everything will be based on the web (the cloud).<\/p>\n

About 10 years ago, I asked a systems engineer I knew, \u201cI wonder if it\u2019s possible to run Windows for about 100 people over the web\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

There was a time when we used to talk about this. We\u2019re in an era where we don\u2019t even need an OS anymore.<\/p>\n

That time is coming soon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What about us\u2014construction contractors like slope-construction specialists?<\/p>\n

First,Surveying Using Drones and Automatic Optical Line Surveying (Traverse)<\/strong><\/span>...will play a key role.<\/p>\n

That part is for sure.<\/p>\n

3D Scanners and Drones for As-Built Inspection<\/strong><\/span>Then scan the legal framework and so on, and<\/p>\n

You'll be able to capture the final shape of the entire legal framework.<\/p>\n

Since the current accuracy is within about 10 cm, we can expect a dramatic improvement in accuracy over the next five years or so.<\/p>\n

We'll transfer that data from the drone to a smartphone and then upload it to the cloud for electronic submission.<\/p>\n

All electronic filing software will be fully cloud-based.<\/p>\n

If businesses across the country all use the same cloud system, costs will go down accordingly, so,<\/p>\n

In the future, such system providers will emerge.<\/p>\n

It's just a matter of time, isn't it?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And what we can do right now is,Getting used to drones and getting used to 3D<\/strong><\/span>That's it.<\/p>\n

Ideally, you should be able to use a drone to capture footage at this stage and be familiar with the basics of surveying.<\/p>\n

The time will surely come when this becomes the norm.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d love to implement it and really get things rolling, but that\u2019s where small and medium-sized businesses fall short. (Financially)<\/p>\n

So, as a starting point, I implemented 3D CAD. I can use 3D CAD pretty well, you know? lol<\/p>\n

Over the next 30 to 40 years, as some jobs disappear, new ones will emerge,
\n <\/strong><\/span>We'll see quite a few new jobs that we can't even imagine yet.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For example, a Level 1 Civil Engineering Drone Management Technician, lol, or a 3D CAD Technician, lolol<\/p>\n

If you have a drone, there\u2019s no doubt that putting it to use now will pay off in the future.<\/p>\n

By the way, it looks like the drone school is fully booked right now.<\/p>\n

It's definitely one of the new job types.<\/p>\n
