At this point, it's actually kind of funny, lol.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Rotary percussion instruments and other equipment are currently being serviced in the warehouse.<\/p>\n The motor on my two-stage grout mixer has been making a lot of noise for the past few days, so I took it apart.<\/p>\n The mixer's motor operates under some pretty harsh conditions.<\/p>\n So, water gets in, rust forms, or mortar builds up, making it hard for heat to escape, and so on.<\/p>\n My blender was incredibly loud, so I'm having it overhauled.<\/p>\n The problem is loose bearings, but since I'm taking it apart anyway, I'll go ahead and replace the wear-and-tear parts.<\/p>\n Of course, the bearings will be replaced as well.<\/p>\n The bearing itself doesn't look like much, but when you spin it, you can feel a slight rough spot.<\/p>\n Just that alone makes it spin and create a deafening roar lol<\/p>\n We thoroughly remove any rust from the shafts, wash them thoroughly, and reassemble them.<\/p>\n I hardly took any photos\u2014I just took pictures of the specs, lol.<\/p>\n The two-tier mixer is powered by a 2.2-kW motor.<\/p>\n It's a little old, so we don't sell it anymore.<\/p>\n There are plenty of small parts, so it's not a problem.<\/p>\n It's firmly rusted to the main unit, so it's a struggle to remove it.<\/p>\n I'm going to take some photos of the assembly today lol<\/p>\n By the way, you must never use CRC on electrical components. It will cause rust.<\/p>\n While products like Yasurupene are still okay to use, please use a silicone-based spray specifically designed for electrical systems when working on electrical components.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
