When I ride my bike to work or other places, it feels like pollen is stinging my eyes.<\/p>\n
Wearing a regular mask and glasses makes you look pretty suspicious, but if you're already suspicious, then...<\/p>\n
...I bet it would be so comfortable to wear a mask like this all the time~<\/p>\n

But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
The other day, I took a communication assessment.<\/p>\n
Since this involves interpersonal communication, the teacher asks all sorts of questions.<\/p>\n
You will assess for yourself which of the four rating levels best fits your answer.<\/p>\n
As you compile this data, you end up with what is known as your own communication graph.<\/p>\n
A. Capacity for Social Responsibility<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n B. Ability to Express Love<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n C. Ability to Analyze the Current Situation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n D. Ability to Express Oneself<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n E. Self-control<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n F. Ability to Express Oneself<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Points are assigned to each item, and these are evaluated using a line graph.<\/p>\n I ended up with a graph showing that D's self-expression ability peaked at a very high level, then sloped downward toward A and F.<\/p>\n Characteristics of D include<\/p>\n A spontaneous, cheerful, innocent, and curious person who dislikes being restricted\u2014the childlike type.<\/strong> That was the verdict, lol<\/p>\n I hear that each institution makes a comprehensive decision based on the scores.<\/p>\n If you know the other person's habits, it becomes easier to communicate, and<\/p>\n I thought this assessment was perfect for the kind of work we do as a team.<\/p>\n It looks like you can build a well-balanced, unbeatable team, lol.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We'll be conducting this for all our employees this coming April.<\/p>\n By doing so, I hope we can both respond in a way that takes that person\u2019s unique traits into account.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
