It's a way to make money by breaking down licenses into smaller categories, right?<\/p>\n

I can't help but think that the money is going to positions for retired police officials...<\/p>\n

In the end, though, you can't really go against the higher-ups...<\/p>\n

Going forward, anyone who obtains a license will only be able to drive trucks weighing less than 2 metric tons unless they first have the restriction lifted.<\/p>\n

Seriously, a 2-ton truck is just like a passenger car...<\/p>\n
