Ground anchor work is currently underway at the site.<\/p>\n
While drilling, grout spurted out of the hole from the anchor just before this one!<\/p>\n
So, what should we do?<\/p>\n
It\u2019s common for a drilled hole to connect to an adjacent hole.<\/p>\n

Let's assume we're carrying out the work in order.<\/p>\n
When drilling a new hole and encountering water channels or joints underground, the pressure from the drilling fluid and air causes grout to blow out of holes that have already been drilled, anchored, and grouted.<\/p>\n

Generally, when this happens, it comes out around the same spot, so you can tell where the connection is.<\/p>\n
How would you handle a situation like this?<\/p>\n
Of course, the approach will vary depending on the soil type.<\/p>\n

Learning various approaches will change the way you handle meeting minutes with government agencies and respond to the general contractor.<\/p>\n
And above all, this allows us to proceed with construction safely.<\/p>\n

This might sound a little crude, but,It also makes it clear where responsibility lies<\/span><\/strong><\/span>You can do that.<\/p>\n In the worst-case scenario, the contractor could end up bearing all the responsibility.<\/p>\n When it comes to issues on-site, it\u2019s best to make sure the general contractor and the local government are aware of them, and if possible, to submit a formal written report rather than just a verbal one.<\/p>\n Depending on the government office, they might not accept it or might refuse to process it, lol.<\/p>\n It seems like NEXCO's construction management team is blatantly turning a blind eye to this lol (Is their policy to avoid taking any responsibility whatsoever? lol)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As for what to do about it, I'll get back to that tomorrow.<\/p>\n See you later.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone.
