The other day, I got a call from a former general contractor for the first time in a while.<\/p>\n
They said they'd like us to handle the next construction project.<\/p>\n
Wow, I'm really happy about that.<\/p>\n
To be honest, I'm really happy that you keep inviting me back like this.<\/p>\n
There are as many subcontractors as there are mountains (though there aren't many these days, lol), and they're choosing us from among them.<\/p>\n
We want to proceed with the construction steadily and reliably!<\/p>\n

But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n
At the anchor installation site, the prestressed steel strand was driven in too far because it was driven too deeply.<\/p>\n
So, this time I tried connecting them using PC steel wire couplers again.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Please cut the PC steel strands so that all the couplers are concentrated in one place and do not interfere with each other.<\/p>\n

It's a little hard to see, but I've adjusted the cutting position of the PC strand to account for the length of the coupler.<\/p>\n
Since this was a removable anchor, I cut the two steel wires at the same point.<\/p>\n
Since there were eight pieces in total, I cut them into four different lengths.<\/p>\n
I made sure that two of them were always in the same position.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The important thing here is to make sure you color the same steel wire.<\/p>\n
Since PC steel strands emerge at each of the four U-turns, there are eight strands in total.<\/p>\n
I set aside one set without any color, and divided the remaining three sets into red, blue, and yellow.<\/p>\n

Color-code the connectors in the same way.<\/p>\n

Install this.<\/p>\n

Insert it all the way into the PC wire, then tap the head with a hammer.<\/p>\n
It fits about 1 centimeter. If you don't insert it securely, it may come loose.<\/p>\n
