I was in the same situation: my first time as a site representative, conducting a final inspection for disaster recovery work involving soil removal, one-side excavation, and shotcrete formwork.<\/p>\n
Even though I put a lot of effort into preparing the documents, I was just full of anxiety, lol.<\/p>\n
Even the documents I thought were perfect turned out to be a total mess\u2014I just got pointed out for one thing after another lol<\/p>\n

When I heard this story, it felt as if I were seeing that original spirit right before my eyes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n These feelings and memories will be treasures you'll cherish for a lifetime.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n But that's beside the point.<\/p>\n So, I thought I\u2019d write about some things to keep in mind when preparing documents this time, lol.<\/p>\n I'm pretty good at handling paperwork, and I generally follow a consistent format when creating documents.<\/p>\n So, I'm the type who starts by creating a rough, accurate version first, and then refines it later.<\/p>\n Since everyone is different, as long as you've found a method that works for you,<\/p>\n The paperwork gets done quickly, doesn't it?<\/p>\n Photo management comes first.<\/p>\n It's really convenient that recent electronic submission software lets you manage the final product while organizing your photos, isn't it?<\/p>\n At this point, we'll determine which photos are needed and which ones need to be retaken.<\/p>\n Does it meet the control values?<\/p>\n Internal standard values: 50%? 80%? (Since this affects your score, please check these values before taking the photo.)<\/p>\n Please note the date on the photo<\/p>\n As mentioned above, I did this while organizing my photos.<\/p>\n If you don't use software, you might lose your data while organizing your photos.<\/p>\n It's a good idea to write it down on a piece of paper as you go.<\/p>\n Does it meet the management standards?<\/p>\n Does it comply with construction planning and management standards and internal standards?<\/p>\n Are there any items missing from the inspection checklist?
